At Orientica Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and include a copy of your invoice to ensure prompt processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
